
Who Are We?
Customer Service Canada Inc. was started by Mr.Robert Biggs in Chatham, Ontario in 1995 as a small call centre as it was called then. Mr. Biggs added two silent partners and moved the entire operation to the Small Business Centre in London, Ontario in 1996. London is strategically located between Toronto, Detroit and Buffalo which offers unique access to major Canadian and US markets. This new location provided the much-needed space for the expansion of the business to up to 12-networked workstations. In August 2003, we move to our new downtown location. Staff now fluctuates from five to ten management and Inside Sales/Service Representatives, both full and part time. From its inception Customer Service Canada was focused on business to business work and not involved in typical residential call center activity.
In 2000, Mr. Biggs passed away after a brief illness. At this point one of his silent partners, Dr. Ted Medzon stepped forward to assume the role of president. Although Dr. Medzon, was a recently retired faculty member of the University of Western Ontario, having spent over 35 years in research, teaching and administration, he also had over twenty years experience in the construction rental business, and as founder of a London Internet Service Provider.
Today, Customer Service Canada is a B2B (Business to Business) marketing Support Company, providing solutions for small to medium sized businesses. Specializing in the many contact management issues surrounding their client’s Customer Relationship Management practices, Customer Service Canada has developed a number of programs that can help you grow your business. Serving a wide range of clients, offering, lead generation, business surveys, membership acquisition and retention, direct sales, and a number of front and back office duties as needed by our clients, including database management, invoicing and collection, order taking, and other fulfillment by whatever medium their clients require.
