

Our telephone services in combination with our computer based system gives our fully trained Inside Service/Sales Representatives great flexibility to carry out your contact program. We have full access across North America and can arrange for foreign calling. Service in French is available. As we are a business to business service organization, we concentrate on business hours coast to coast.
In addition, we can program your own telephone number, including
your toll free number, to ring on one of our inbound lines. This allows
us to represent your company during business hours and to take phone messages
for you after hours.
Existing Database
We take your client or lead database in either Access, Excell, or comma
delimited text, or other format, and place it into our template. This can be
updated and used as a calling, membership, mail, email, or fax list.
New Database
From our own database sources we can construct a business database according to your needs. Whether it is for faxing, mailing, emailing or calling, we put it into a format suitable for continued updating.
All Customer Service Canada client databases are the property of the client and are not sold or used by other clients. Strict confidentiality is observed. Databases may be stored by us or returned to the client as instructed in the contract.
We are connected directly to the internet with a high speed connection. Using your email list or one that we have prepared for you we can communicate with your clients on a personal and timely basis. If you utilize your email address as a reply address, such as on your business card, mailing, or your website, we can receive the replies and process them for you.
For
broadcast faxing we use a computer based system. For individual contact work our
ISR’s send faxes on a timely basis in association with your mail, email, or
telephone program.
Our high speed connection to the internet allows us to interact with your website directly. We can manage a contact program from your on-line database, keeping you fully informed of current transactions. We can manage your website based on an order form which can be on your server or directed to our server.
We help you prepare your mailing list and mailing material, and arrange for printing. We receive reply mail and process it for you as an order, invoice, or payment, and update your database as required.
