1. As a company that specializes in Business to Business marketing we emphasize that data accuracy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. We maintain, update and secure your business information in whatever format so that it is not available to anyone outside of our company
a. All databases are the property of the client and are
either destroyed or returned to the client unless the client asks us to maintain
an archive copy.
b. All databases remain confidential and are not used for,
or sold to, other clients..
c. Any data gathered by us on our website is confidential.
We do NOT collect cookies.
d. We adhere to the codes for the telemarketing, and
direct marketing industry in Canada.
e. All correspondence relating to clients, sales, members,
subscriptions, plans, specifications, and any other proprietary information is maintained.
f. All employees understand the above policies and sign a
confidentiality agreement upon beginning their employment with us.
2. All work to be done by our company is done under
contract.
a. The contract spells out the extent of the work to be
done, the time frame under which it is to be completed, and the form of payment.
b. A contract begins upon the payment of a deposit as
agreed within the contract.
c. Should a program not fulfill our expectations after
our best efforts, we will inform the client and reach an agreement as to how to
proceed.
3. In many instances clients do not
know what their objectives are. We will undergo a consultative phase during
which the client explains what they want and for which we will give our best
opinion. This phase may ultimately lead to a contract for a marketing program,
but, if not, there will be a charge for the time taken to reach that conclusion.
4. For those clients who run their businesses from our office, we have similar policies as above.
a. Databases, client lists, and all correspondence are kept in strict
confidence.
b. Faxes, emails, phone messages are recorded as needed and filed for
reference.
d. Copies of documents are recorded on CDROMs on a regular basis for safe storage and retrieval.
