Computational Intelligence

Computational Intelligence (CI) is the theory, design, application and development of biologically and linguistically motivated computational paradigms. Traditionally the three main pillars of CI have been Neural Networks, Fuzzy Systems and Evolutionary Computation. However, in time many nature inspired computing paradigms have evolved. Thus CI is an evolving field and at present in addition to the three main constituents, it encompasses computing paradigms like ambient intelligence, artificial life, cultural learning, artificial endocrine networks, social reasoning, and artificial hormone networks.

2023 International Conference on Computer Science and Computational Intelligence will be held in Hong Kong during  November 24-26, 2023 as the workshop of ICSCGE. The conference is co-sponsored by University of Hong Kong, which aims to promote an exchange of recent and advanced information among scientists and engineers in the wide field of computer science and Computational Intelligence. The forum is also aimed particularly at promoting communication and collaboration between fundamental researchers and those engaged in the development of practical technology in respective areas of computer science and Computational Intelligence.

Conference Tracks

• Visualisation of big data and visual data analytics
• Human-computer interaction and collaboration in big data
• Classification, Clustering, Regression
• Feature learning and feature engineering

• Ethical Computational Intelligence on Big Data, Internet of Things, and Smart Cities
• Evolutionary computation for feature analysis
• Fuzzy logic for feature analysis
• Hybrid evolutionary computation and machine learning

Submission Method

Please submit your full paper/abstract via Microsoft Submission System using the link.(Only .pdf files are applicable) : http://confsys.iconf.org/conference/csci2023

The manuscripts should be no longer than 8 pages and prepared by following the Template. Up to two additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay an over-length charge at the time of publication (manuscripts should not exceed 10 pages in total). Submitted papers should not be previously published in or be under consideration for publication in another conference or journal.

Publication

Submissions will be reviewed by the conference technical committees and IJMLC Editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing , which will be indexed by Inspec (IET), Google Scholar, Crossref, ProQuest, Electronic Journals Library, CNKI.

Virtual Participation is Acceptable but not Recommended

Due to the prevention and control of COVID-19 and travel restrictions worldwide is not as strict as before, ICSCGE 2023 encourage the participants to attend the conference physically for further communication.
But if there is any ever-changing international and domestic travel restrictions, we will provide possibility of online presentation. Virtual conference will provide the attendees with the following :
• Virtual cultural experiences
• Live keynote speeches and interaction with speakers
• Networking capabilities for both one-to-one networking and group sessions
The conference secretary will provide the attendees with the guidlines about joining the virtual conference after successful registration, who will have a good opportunity to share and discuss their research outcomes with people who're working in the same filed with them all over the world.
